PUROSEP™ PRO
Feed and Bleed Production Filtration System
The PUROSEP PRO is designed for large scale production using two pumps in a feed and bleed loop. This arrangement allows for high flows and velocities across large areas of filtration surface while feeding and bleeding a smaller percentage of this flow to and from the product tanks. This capability allows users to totally avoid problems with pump cavitations due to restrictive tank outlets and excessive foaming caused by returning large flows to the tank. The PUROSEP PRO is designed to operate with a variety of membrane and filter types mounted on separate, mobile filter carts for modular production capabilities.
