NCSRT, Inc. offers a complete line of patented CONSEP filter modules for nutraceutical and dairy processing. These include the highly efficient CONSEP 3000, CONSEP 7000, and CONSEP 11000. NCSRT's flat sheet filter modules are available in a wide range of membrane materials and pore sizes to accommodate ultra filtration, microfiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis processes.

The NCSRT performance advantage comes from the patented CONSEP SmartFlow line of filtration modules. The SmartFlow technology in CONSEP modules creates unique flow channels that reduce gel layer buildup and prevent fouling. This improvement in fluid dynamics optimizes membrane use and expands the performance limits of traditional Cross Flow Filtration (CFF) and Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF).

NCSRT's flat sheet filter modules are designed for processing solutions in the laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing suite. The patented flow channels reduce gel layer build-up and membrane fouling yielding a minimum performance increase of 200 percent over traditional modules.
