NCSRT OPTISEP 7000 filter modules are designed for biopharmaceutical processing in the pilot plant and production suite. The patented SmartFlow Tangential Flow Filtration (SF-TFF)technology incorporating flow channels with dispersion ribs reduce gel layer build-up and membrane fouling, providing a minimum performance increase of 100% over traditional cassettes. Our customers routinely experience gains of 200-500% in flux rate.

OPTISEP 7000 filter modules are available in three (3) standard sizes:

• 5 ft² (0.46 m²)
• 10 ft² (0.93 m²)
• 20 ft² (1.86 m²)

Separate modules can be stacked from 10 ft² to 100 ft² in one manifold.
