OPTISEP® 800 OPTISEP 800 plate and frame filtration devices are used for flat sheet microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis processing. OPTISEP 800 filter plate modules have unique SmartFlow channels that force utilization of 100% of the membrane surface, thereby dramatically improving cleanability and performance. These units are autoclavable and can withstand multiple SIP cycles. The OPTISEP 800 system incorporates a stack of individual modules, each consisting of three polyetherimide (PEI) elements: a top retentate channel plate, a bottom retentate plate, and a permeate plate with two membranes attached. Multiple units are stacked together between 316L stainless steel manifolds and sealed by EPDM O-rings. OPTISEP 800 devices are the most versatile, efficient, and cost effective plate and frame devices on the market today.
